Emergency Roadside and Accident Assistance Service is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year within the borders of South Africa for any of the vehicles used by the main member or the main member’s immediate family member/s. We aim to mobilise the vehicle as soon as possible or in the event of an accident, remove the vehicle from the accident scene according to the insurer’s requirements. We will dispatch an appropriate service provider and follow up until the roadside emergency is resolved or the vehicle is taken to a place of safety/repair.
